Fanuc Alarm Description
M Series
The offset values specified by D/H code for tool length offset, cutter compensation or 3–dimensional cutter compensation is too large. Otherwise, the number specified by P code for the additional workpiece coordinate system is too large. Modify the program.

T Series
The offset number in T function specified for tool offset is tool large. Modify the program.

OR
An illegal offset No. was specified. This alarm is also generated when the tool shape offset No. exceeds the maximum number of tool offset sets in the case of tool offset memory B.
