Probable Faulty Locations
Lathe with Auto Loader/Robot Door:Loader at Waiting Position Code is Off. Door Closed Code is On, or Door Close Command is issued; whenSynchronized Peripherals at Waiting Position Code is off. Spindle Revolution, Sub-Spindle Revolution,or Milling Tool Revolution Command is issued;when Synchronized Peripherals at Waiting Position code is off. Traverse or Turret Index Command is issued; when Synchronized Peripherals at Waiting Position code is off. Ceiling Door Close, Front Door Close, Contour Generation, or Spindle Revolution Command is issued; when Loader at Waiting Position Code is Off.

1->NC Loader: Spindle Revolution or Sub-Spindle Revolution Command is issued; when NC Loader is Not outside Lathe.
2->NC Loader: MA/MB Revolution Command is issued;
NC Loader: The actual MA/MB speed is above a Specified Limit; when NC Loader is Not outside Lathe.
3->Door Closed Code is On;
Door Closed Code is On, or Door Close or Ceiling Door Close Command is issued;
when Synchronized Peripherals at Waiting Position code is off.
NC Loader, Lathe without Ceiling Door: Front Door Open Code is Off;
when NC Loader is Not outside Lathe. NC Loader, Lathe with Ceiling Door, under Synchronized Mode: Front Door Closed Code is ON, and Ceiling Door Open Code is Off;
when NC Loader is Not outsideLathe.
NC Loader, Lathe with Unified Ceiling Door,Not under Synchronized Mode:

8->Spindle table unclamp command was issued when when NC Loader is Not outside Lathe.
9->A loader alarm has occurred when the loader was entering the machine interference range.
Measures to Take
Move Loader/Robot/Peripherals to outside Lathe.
