Okuma Alarm-A 1831 Sp. oil air lub. oil pressure error
The oil pressure for oil-air spindle lubrication is wrong.
Code
1->The oil-air lubricant pressure did not rise to 1.2 MPa within 60 seconds after the oil-air spindle lubrication output signal turned ON.
2->The oil-air lubricant pressure did not fall to 0.8 MPa before the oil-air spindle lubrication output off-time was elapsed.
Probable Faulty Locations
1) A faulty pressure relief valve, clogged filter or pipe, or poor pump operation
2) A faulty oil-air pressure monitor switch
Measures to Take
1) Change the oil-air lubrication unit with a new one.
2) Replace the pressure switch with a new one.
