Okuma Alarm-A 1873 Door interlock
The front door of the NC machine was opened during loaders operation.
Code
1->The signal of area sensor is OFF during loader running when front door is not close condition. Or, loader start to move during the signal of area sensor is OFF.
2->The signal of area sensor is OFF during loader axis running by manual when front door is not close condition.
Probable Faulty Locations
The magnetic (mechanical) lock switch must be faulty or have a cut wire as the front door on the machine should be kept closed by the magnetic (mechanical) lock switch when the OGL loader (OR robot) is moving.
Measures to Take
Replace the front door magnetic (mechanical) lock switch with a new one and check the wiring.
