The tool cannot be returned because there is no empty pot.
Probable Faulty Locations
The sub magazine has no empty pot. Tool data is wrongly set on the “*ATC MAGAZINE INFORMATION*” screen in tool data setting mode.
When setting the tool diameter, note that a large diameter tool requires two empty pots arranged side by side while an extra large diameter tool requires three consecutive pots.
To shows the empty pot, the “*ATC MAGAZINE INFORMATION*” screen shows 0 at the tool number files. Also note that a dummy pot does not mean an empty pot.
The sub magazine has no reserve pot, when the magazine is FIX pot specification.
