The filter within the thru-the-tool coolant tank is clogged.

1->The NC detected this alarm while outputting the high-pressure oil hole (through spindle coolant) pump motor ON signal.
2->The NC detected this alarm while outputting the washing gun motor ON signal.
Probable Faulty Locations
1) The filter is clogged.
2) The clogging detection pressure switch is faulty.
Measures to Take
Clean the filter.
