Okuma Alarm-A 8619 Machine axis travel limit over
The travel end limit switch for the machine axis (the straight axis of the ATC carrier, AAC carrier, APC carrier, etc.) became active.
This alarm occurs when the PLC axis emergency stop signal is turned OFF.
Probable Faulty Locations
1)The machine axis parameter is not set properly.
2)The limit switch is faulty.
