Measures to Take
Change tools with new ones for the tool groups which have no spare tools. Initialize the tool life management data in those groups.
Initialize: The tool life management data is initialized in the following procedure:
Select the tool data setting mode and press the function key (ITEM) to display the tool life management screen. When the function key (INITIALIZE) is pressed, the message “Initialize OK (Y/N)!” appears. Enter “Y” and press WRITE.
(To cancel initialization, enter “N” and press WRITE.) Enter the tool group number to be initialized and press WRITE. To initialize all the tool groups, enter “0” and press WRITE.
