Okuma Alarm-C 3772 Coolant flow
The coolant flow was suspended longer than the monitor time.
Code
None->The coolant flow sensor did not turn ON within the coolant flow monitor time (for coolant supply sensor types).
1->Coolant flow 1 did not flow beyond fixed time at the time of coolant 1 output ON.
2->Coolant flow 2 did not flow beyond fixed time at the time of coolant 2 output ON.
3->Coolant flow 3 did not flow beyond fixed time at the time of coolant 3 output ON.
4->Coolant flow 4 did not flow beyond fixed time at the time of coolant 4 output ON.
5->When a flow of coolant1 was watched and 1st coolant1/2nd coolant1 output condition was OFF, A flow switch turned it on over the time which was set on a parameter.
6->When a flow of coolant2 was watched and 1st coolant2/2nd coolant2 output condition was OFF, A flow switch turned it on over the time which was set on a parameter.
7->When a flow of coolant3 was watched and 1st coolant3/2nd coolant3 output condition was OFF, A flow switch turned it on over the time which was set on a parameter.
8->Oil mist flow sensor for A turret did not turn ON within the flow monitor time.
9->Oil mist flow sensor for A turret did not turn ON within the flow monitor time.
10->A Turret coolant flow sensor did not turn ON within the coolant flow monitor time.
11->B Turret coolant flow sensor did not turn ON within the coolant flow monitor time.
12->High pressure coolant flow sensor did not turn ON within the coolant flow monitor time.
13->2nd coolant flow 1 did not flow beyond fixed time at the time of 2nd coolant 1 output ON.
14->2nd coolant flow 2 did not flow beyond fixed time at the time of 2nd coolant 2 output ON.
15->2nd coolant flow 3 did not flow beyond fixed time at the time of 2nd coolant 3 output ON.
Probable Faulty Locations
1)A low coolant level or clogged coolant pipe
2)The supply sensor switch has been set to the wrong position.
3)A faulty supply sensor switch
Measures to Take
1)Supply coolant or change the coolant pipe with a new one.
2)Check the supply sensor switch.
3)Replace the supply sensor switch with a new one.
