Sinumerik Alarm 12120 Channel %1 block %2 G function not separately programmed

Parameters:
%1 = Channel number
%2 = Block number, label

Definitions:
The G function programmed in this block must be alone in the block. No general addresses or synchronous actions may occur in the same block. These G functions are:
G25, G26: Working area and spindle speed limitation
G110, G111, G112: Pole programming with polar coordinates
G92: Spindle speed limitation with v constant
STARTFIFO, STOPFIFO: Control of preprocessing buffer
E.g. G4 F1000 M100: no M function allowed in the G4 block.

Reactions:
– Alarm display.
– Interface signals are set.
– Correction block

Remedy:
Program G function by itself in the block.

Program Continuation:
Clear alarm with NC START or RESET key and continue the program.
