Sinumerik Alarm 20124 Axis %1: sum of compensation values too large
Parameters:
%1 = Axis name, spindle number
Definitions:
The sum of the compensation values from all tables assigned to the axis had exceeded the limit value $MA_CEC_MAX_SUM and had to be limited. Contour errors could have occurred as a result.
Reactions:
– Alarm display.
– Interface signals are set.
Remedy:
Check characteristic data of the compensation tables assigned to the axis. Check characteristic curves in the tables ($AN_CEC).
Program Continuation:
Clear alarm with the RESET key. Restart part program
