Sinumerik Alarm 61231 Channel %1 block %2 ShopMill program %3 cannot be executed, as it has not been tested by ShopMill

Parameters:

%2 = Block number, label
%3 = Program name

Definitions:
Before a ShopMill program can be executed, it has to be tested by ShopMill. Alarm triggered by following cycles: E_HEAD.

Reactions:
– Interpreter stop
– NC Start disable in this channel.
– Interface signals are set.
– Alarm display.

Remedy:
The program has to be simulated first in ShopMill or loaded into the operating mode “Machine auto” by ShopMill.
