Sinumerik Alarm 300404 Axis %1 drive %2 drive MD contains different drive number
Parameters:
%1 = NC axis number
%2 = Drive number
Definitions:
In the drive MD file loaded in a drive there is a drive number which does not correspond to this drive.
Reactions:
– Mode group not ready.
– Channel not ready.
– NC Start disable in this channel.
– NC Stop on alarm.
– The NC switches to follow-up mode.
– Alarm display.
– Interface signals are set.
Remedy:
Files with drive data for a particular drive number must not be copied to another drive.
Program Continuation:
Clear alarm with the RESET key in all channels of this mode group. Restart part program.
