The piston diameter in drive MD 5131: CYLINDER_PISTON_DIAMETER is less than or equal to zero or the piston rod diameter in drive MD 5132: CYLINDER_PISTON_ROD_A_DIAMETER is greater than the piston diameter in drive MD 5131: CYLINDER_PISTON_DIAMETER or the piston rod diameter in drive MD 5133: CYLINDER_PISTON_ROD_B_DIAMETER is greater than the piston diameter in drive MD 5131: CYLINDER_PISTON_DIAMETER.
