Okuma Alarm-A 1804 Safety speed monitor output error
The ER-PW signal was not correctly transmitted from the speed monitor to the loader power unit (MIP unit) due to a hardware circuit failure, e.g. fused relay. This alarm occurs when the following two input signals are kept ON or OFF for 0.5 second or longer.
