Okuma Alarm-A 1812 Mist lubrication unit error
The mist lubrication unit failed (for oil-mist turret lubrication types).
Code
1->The turret oil-mist drip sensor switch kept OFF for a second or longer with the oil-mist turret lubrication ON signal ON (for oil-mist turret lubrication types).
2->The turret oil-mist drip sensor switch kept ON for 30 seconds or longer.
3->The turret oil-mist drip sensor input kept OFF through successive two cycles, each cycle starting with the oil-mist turret lubrication pump drive air ON signal ON and ending with this signal OFF.
4->An M axis rotation command was issued when the initial dripping at power-up was not completed.
5->The oil-mist turret lubrication pump drive air ON signal kept ON and the oil-mist turret lubricant level alarm/switch OFF for 24 hours.
6->The oil-mist turret lubrication pressure alarm/switch turned OFF with the oil-mist turret lubrication ON signal ON.
7->The turret oil-mist drip sensor switch kept OFF for 2 seconds or longer.
8->The turret oil-mist drip sensor input kept ON through successive two cycles, each cycle starting with the oil-mist turret lubrication pump drive air ON signal ON and ending with this signal OFF.
9->The oil-mist turret lubrication pump drive air ON signal kept ON and the oil-mist turret lubricant level alarm/switch OFF for 2 hours.
10->The oil-mist M axis lubrication flow sensor switch kept OFF for 3 seconds or longer with the oil-mist M axis lubrication ON signal ON.
11->The oil-mist M axis lubrication flow sensor switch kept ON for 3 seconds or longer with the oil-mist M axis lubrication ON signal OFF.
12->The M axis oil-mist lubrication pressure low/ switch kept OFF for 5 seconds or longer.
13->The oil-mist M axis lubrication level alarm/ switch is OFF.
14->The oil-mist M axis lubrication collect switch kept OFF for 90 seconds or longer with the M axis oil-cooler ON signal ON.
15->The oil-mist turret lubrication pump drive air ON signal kept ON and the oil-mist turret lubricant level alarm/switch OFF continued for longer than the preset time.
16->The turret oil-mist drip sensor switch kept OFF for (oil mist lubri. level alarm check timer + 1 second) or longer.
Probable Faulty Locations
1->The turret oil-mist drip sensor switch kept OFF for a second or longer with the oil-mist turret lubrication ON signal ON or the time specified by the parameter ‘Mist Lubrication Unit Check Timer’ is too short.
The turret oil-mist drip sensor switch does not turn ON as soon as the oil-mist turret lubrication ON signal turns ON.
Set the time to be elapsed before the turret oil-mist drip sensor switch turns ON, with the mist lubrication unit check timer to avoid alarm check.
4->If this alarm occurs with alarm C3745 ‘Mist Lubrication Unit Code 4’ pending, switch the oil-mist lubrication unit OFF and switch ON again for initial dripping. If alarm C3745 ‘Mist Lubrication Unit Code 4’ reoccurs about two minutes later, the oilmist lubrication unit may be out of order.
5->A lower oil-mist lubricant level or faulty oil-mist lubrication unit
