1->An M316 command was issued with the Y hand not at angular position B or the Y hand left angular position B when the V hand slide was moving (for tandem loader types).
2->An M316 command was issued with either or both of the Y and V hands closed or either or both closed when the V hand slide was advancing (for tandem loader types).
3->A V hand advance command was issued with both of the Y and V axes not at the positive limit or either or both of them left the positive limit when the V hand was advancing (for tandem loader types).
