Okuma Alarm-B 2708 Invalid rotation tool gear
Low-speed gear is selected instead of high-speed gear for rotation tool in the synchronized tapping cycle.
Probable Faulty Locations
1)Rotation tool gear is shifted into the low-speed range.
2)The LR25-M is provided with two-speed gear range for M-tool spindle, and synchronized tapping is possible only after designation of M242 (high-speed range).
Measures to Take
Designate high-speed gear selection command(M242) before performing synchronized tapping.
