Okuma Alarm-B 2777 Cross rail positioning sensor error
The automatic positioning of the crossrail was not completed properly. Or the crossrail was away from after positioning.
Code
1->The crossrail was more than 2 mm away from the positioning position after positioning.
2->No magnetic sensor signal was input although the crossrail was located more than 10 mm beyond the position set at the parameter during positioning.
3->The crossrail reached the positive limit during positioning.
4->The difference between the actual position and the position set at the parameter was beyond the “crossrail position error tolerance”(machine system parameter PLC axis position NO.16).
Probable Faulty Locations
1)The magnetic sensor is faulty.
2)Field net is faulty.
3)The dog was out of position.
4)The value set at the parameter is improper.
