Alarm: 953 APC-MISLOCATED PALLET CLAMP – Haas Mill
Haas Alarm Description:
Pallet changer clamp plate is not in the expected position. The clamp plate must be unclamped while the pallet changer is rotating or before the pallet is lifted. Verify there is an adequate supply of air pressure and air volume. Check operation of the clamp mechanism air solenoids. Check the pallet clamped position switch for correct operation, the switch and wiring for damage and pallet alignment. Check the pallet clamp plate for damage. After correcting the cause, press Tool Changer Restore to enter pallet changer recovery, recover the pallet changer, and then continue operation.
