| K | defines copying plane: K0 = XY plane. K1 = ZX plane. K2 = YZ plane. |
| J | defines scanning mode: J0 manual scanning. J1 parallel bi-directional passes and step increments perpendicular to the passes. J2 parallel bi-directional passes and step increments at an angle with respect to the passes. J3 parallel unidirectional passes and rapid return performed at a clearance height. J4 parallel unidirectional passes and rapid return performed at a clearance height (with Z down inhibit). J5 plane profile with increments on the perpendicular axis at completion of each pass.
